Program Cost

2% - 5%

Equity in your business

Free Program

If you're accepted, we take 1.66% to 5% in your business based on what stage you're at when you join. We take less equity for a fully-formed team with a product than a new team just getting started.

This is handled is in the form of a $50k convertible note for services, with a cap of $1M to $3M.

No Risk Guarantee

1. This program will take your business from $0 to $5,000 / month in revenue. If for any reason your business doesn't work out, close it down and start something else with the knowledge and skills you gained from this program. We won't claim ownership in businesses started separate from the program.

2. If you're not happy at any point during the first 4 weeks of the program, you can walk away and we'll rip the contract into pieces. If we're not adding MORE value to your business than the equity you're giving us, we don't want it.

Easy Acceptance to Chinaccelerator

Teams who hit $2,500 monthly revenue by July 15th can automatically skip to the final stage of Chinaccelerator's interview process (only 30 out of 1000 teams make it to final stage). Each team accepted into Chinaccelerator receives $120,000 in investment.

This is optional, but we think it's a pretty awesome opportunity. If you don't want to take further investment or participate in Chinaccelerator you are not required to.
